Paying attention to detail is the key to a successful project. Granger assigns a dedicated project manager and support team for every project. Each site is then staffed with a full-time dedicated field superintendent who has full responsibility, authority and field management of a project from beginning to completion. This assures the project is completed to the highest standards. Staffing of a project can also vary based on the type of contract delivery method selected by an owner.
